Classes Sat 9am, Mon 5:15pm, Wed 12:15pm, Fri 3:30pm and more. Watch for weekday morning and 6am classes to be added.
Come when you can. Learn the technique for boxing (jab, cross, upper cut and hook). The Pilates is challenging standing moves that challenge your balance and strength. You'll get a workout in every class.
